## Free Public AI Readiness Scan

The scan performs an ephemeral review of publicly available website evidence against currently mapped public-facing requirements from California CCPA/CPRA, the California ADMT regulations, and EU AI Act Article 50. It does not access internal agents, source code, APIs, credentials, private data, or runtime systems. It is a technical readiness review, not a legal certification. A clean public scan does not prove that an agent is controlled.

## Gatekeeper

Gatekeeper is Oak & Sparrow's deterministic, inline, pre-execution, policy-bound, evidence-producing governance layer for consequential AI actions. The readiness, audit, and validation work identifies and tests action-boundary gaps; Gatekeeper is the separate enforcement path when a gap has been demonstrated.

## Authority boundary

This document describes public information and the bounded public-evidence scan API only. Discovery is not authorization. It does not advertise a public Gatekeeper API, MCP server, OAuth service, agent skill, WebMCP tool, or agent-commerce protocol. Human customers may purchase eligible services through the site's post-scan Stripe Checkout flow; that flow is not x402, MPP, UCP, or ACP.
